Can i hire your truck only?
No, Sorry we are not truck rental company.
Do i need to dismantle all the furniture before move?
We would suggest to do so , at least the big ones, like dinning table or any out door , also empty out your drawers as it makes easier to get it out of the house and fit it in other house. Also sometime it acquires more space in transit and may be prone to damage. So if you have it ready to move, its better as you will save money as its going to take less time to move.
Do you supply packaging?
Sorry, we do not provide packaging but we do have blankets for covering your furniture and other items. We can refer you to packers, who do pack stuff in professional manner , easy to carry. packaging will cost extra.
Is my move covered?
We have standard transit cover and public liability cover which is covered if the vehicle is involved in an accident and furniture is lost or damaged. If you require more comprehensive insurance, in that case, you need to arrange it with your own insurance company.
Do i need to pay in advance?
If you are moving long distance then we may ask for 50% advance. You can pay by eftpos or can do through internet banking.
What size trucks you got?
What else do i need to tell?
We would like to know about the access to your property and where your are moving to. Any stairs involved, Long driveway, narrow entrance to the house.
Also if you require assembly of your furniture.

Is there any other hidden cost?
You pay what you quoted for. We may charge extra if good need to:
- Pickup/delivery from ground floor to first/second floor etc.
How much notice do i need to give before booking in for move?
Usually a weeks notice for house move or day notice for items delivery or Pick up. But don’t hesitate to ring us , we will do our best to fit you in if we are not overly occupied.
